This is our last workout before the weekend. We give you the weekends off but feel free to do any of the workouts from this week over the weekend. We will have a new set of workouts for all next week and continue as long as we need to get through this together.

Day #3 - Thursday March 19th 2020

Offense- Quick stick reps for time - 1 minute on, 30 seconds off. Alternate right to left each round. 8 rounds total.

- GB Goose + roll away + pass. Watch video, execute a goose and go with roll away to pass into the net. 20 per hand. (Begin directly in front of net to roll back towards net to pass it back into the net.)

Goalie - Wall ball - 100 underhand strong hand. 100 underhand weak hand.

- Low cone work - 1 minute rounds. 1 minute rest. 8 rounds  total.
