Because it's a beautiful day out once again, Here is a workout from last week to do as well. BUT watching the game film above is mandatory, we cannot stress enough about how much you learn from watching the game at its best. 

Offense - Quick stick reps for time - 1 minute on, 30 seconds off. Alternate right to left each round. 8 rounds total.

Goalies - Knee down reps! 50 each hand no drops!

- Foot work day! Enjoy. Ali shuffle - 10 seconds each direction X3 rounds. Stick hops - 15 seconds 4 rounds. 'Z' ball jumps -  8 reps of the line. Cone stepping - 8 per side X3 rounds

Goalie - Trash can tosses - Toss a ball at 20, 25 and 30 yards into a trash can. forces you to put air under the ball and a bit of an arch. do it until you get 3 in from each distance.

Week 2 Day #2 - Tuesday March 24th 2020

- Stick control during checks - Execute back pedal and approach 5 times with 10 seconds of hand work. Do for 2 rounds and then move onto next stick movement. 3 different movements, each 2 rounds, for 5 reps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T7bqKxUKdUE

Goalie - Knee passing - while on both knees (isolating our stick arms and core) 200 wall ball reps.

Week 2, Day #1 - Monday March 23rd 2020.

Offense - Wall ball - PPP (Partner passing progression) but you can use a wall. 25 reps each hand each progression. Go through entire routine twice. STRONG HAND, WEAK HAND, SPLITS, QUICK STICKS.

Defense - Wall ball - PPP (Partner passing progression) but you can use a wall. 25 reps each hand each progression. Go through entire routine twice. STRONG HAND, WEAK HAND, SPLITS, QUICK STICKS.
